Hong kong stories
The illustration was designed for a collection of short stories, representing Hong Kong.
The author was painting her space with the tree orchard—the city flower—whereas the city had no room for nature. As Italo Calvino in Invisible Cities say: seek and learn to recognize who and what, in the midst of inferno, are not inferno, then make them endure,
give them space.
