Film Festival
Hong Kong International Film festival (HKIFF)
Founded in 1976, the Hong Kong International Film Festival showcased around 230 films from more than 60 countries in different major cultural venues across the territory every year. New films are featured as gala premieres, with the directors and cast presenting on the red carpet and meet-and-greet sessions in theatres.
And like a lot of important cultural events, the key visual of the film festival is competition-based. A few movie stills in low resolution were provided in 2004. Turned them into visually compelling posters was the brief. And here is one of the finalists.
